Home Care is a full-coverage exterior maintenance membership that keeps your home consistently clean, protected, and cared for year-round. All Home Care members receive the same services — pricing is based on home size and scope, not which services are included. Plans start at just $120/month, with a custom quote provided based on your home's size and needs. This is a maintenance program, not a guaranteed instant restoration.
What's Included

House Exterior
Siding, brick, stucco, and more — kept clean year-round.
Roof
Regular roof washing and buildup control to protect shingles.
Driveway & Flatwork
Concrete, pavers, and flat surfaces stay free of stains and grime.
Windows
Exterior window cleaning within plan limits.
Pool Deck / Patio
Maintenance cleaning for outdoor living spaces when applicable.
Patio Furniture
Keep outdoor furniture looking fresh and clean.
Gutters
Cleaning as needed to maintain flow.
4 Scheduled Visits Per Year
Quarterly visits keep your home on track without the hassle of scheduling each service separately.
House Washing
2 dedicated house washes per year
- One wash scheduled between January – March
- One wash scheduled between July – September
- During the other two visits, any observed buildup is addressed and notes are added to your account
Roof Washing
1 dedicated roof wash per year
- Scheduled between October – December
- During the other three visits, roof buildup is addressed as needed
Everything Else
Consistent attention at all 4 visits
- Driveway / flatwork, windows, pool deck / patio, patio furniture, and gutters
- If buildup is present, it's handled as part of the visit
Built for Long-Term Results
Home Care is designed to prevent heavy buildup, gradually improve the home over time, reduce the need for aggressive cleanings, and protect surfaces long-term. If a home is heavily soiled at the start, it may take 6-12 months of consistent maintenance to reach near-perfect condition, unless a deep cleaning is added.
